Order Processing Time All of our artwork is handcrafted to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and packaged securely before shipment.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Address Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

• Please double-check your address details (including apartment/suite numbers and postal codes) before completing your order.

• We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong location due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-ship the item.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders) For international shipments, customers are solely responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees levied by their local country's government.

• These additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid at checkout.

• Customs fees are collected by the shipping carrier or local postal service upon delivery.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
